Oktoberfest in Kraków

The tradition of Oktoberfest, otherwise known as German hop harvest, dates back almost 200 years. To bring this world-famous event to Kraków for the first time, the BPCC teamed up with the AHK (the German Chamber of Commerce in Poland). The first joint project of the two chambers took place on 24 September.

This evening, rich in tradition, spontaneity and fun, flowing with fine beers, was an excellent opportunity for local companies to promote their products, services and to meet new potential business partners.

Guests were surprised with many attractions such as concerts by two orchestras with 80 people on the stage, burlesque by famous actress Joanna Bartel, fantastic beers, excellent traditional cuisine and amazing lottery prizes.

More than 650 people attended the event. The British German Polish Oktoberfest has now become a new tradition in Kraków!
